1, burning

Phenomenon: bearing sintering can not be rotated

Analysis: expansion of the inner ring, clearance smaller or cage chaos, roller damage

Note: the inner and outer rings have black marks, is the initial burning

2, overheating

Phenomenon: Bearing temperature exceeds the upper limit or more than normal 1.5-2 times

Analysis: bearing clearance is too small, dirty or too much oil, too little

Note: overheating parts of the metallographic changes, overheating and normal matrix three

3, rejection of oil

Phenomenon: bearing overheating, oil escaping from the seal

Analysis: gear oil into the bearing or bearing fever, grease too much

4, the noise is different

Phenomenon: vibration acceleration or noise exceeds the required standard or abnormal sound

Analysis: inside and outside the ring or roller stripping, cracks or bearing clearance is too large

5, stripped

Phenomenon: raceway and rolling surface metal scales from the substrate spun off, larger and deeper, mostly sharp edge

Analysis: Material fatigue, improper heat treatment, caused by partial load, impact and so on

6, crack

Phenomenon: Cracks on the rollers and inner and outer rings

Analysis: Material fatigue, improper heat treatment, caused by partial load, impact and so on

Note: symmetrical distribution along the circumference of the circle, the Department of bearing hole is not round; tilt, the Department of installation skew, shaft bending and a moment load
